With a complimentary personal inspection, we can tell you the improvements that are most cost-effective. Whatever is needed, from remodeling or adding a bath to completely renovating a kitchen…replacing carpeting or installing hardwood floors…an exclusive resource we offer is our Remodeling Division. We can give you a precise cost estimate. And most importantly, we’ll tell you if you don’t really need to do anything additional to get a quick sale at the right price.

Another resource we offer is to prospective home buyers. You tell us the type of home you’re seeking in the location you want and we’ll bring you the most current listings available. Often my clients will find a great house in just the right location, but it may be lacking a few features. Again, our Remodeling Division can usually add, update or renovate any room. We can add a bath, open a wall to provide more space, modernize the kitchen, finish the basement, just about anything to meet your requirements and fulfill your desires.
