Marc has an incredible creativity. There are homes, I never would have looked at, given my narrow focus and experience in renovations. Upon entering homes, Marc was able to read my cues, and respond with a creative hypothetical of what could be done to improve the room. Because of his vision, we purchased the perfect home for location, and are working to continue on many of his creative ideas to expand the space.
